Strong experience in SAP SD with S/4 HANA Implementation• Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2 C) processes, including sales order, delivery, billing, and pricing.• Strong experience in customer master/business partner, sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, copy controls, and output management.• Hands-on experience in customer returns, return orders, return delivery, credit/debit processes, and related billing scenarios.• Good understanding of SD integration with MM, FI, and other S/4 HANA modules.• Experience in requirement analysis, configuration, testing, issue resolution, and user support.• Knowledge of S/4 HANA standard processes and Fiori is preferred.• Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
