Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM i Base Consultant with expertise in Installed Base (i Base) management. The candidate should have experience in implementation, configuration, enhancements, and support of SAP CRM i Base solutions. Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP CRM Installed Base (i Base). Manage installed products, technical objects, and customer equipment. Work on i Base integration with CRM Service and ERP. Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support projects. Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities. Troubleshoot production issues and provide business solutions. Required Skills7+ years of SAP CRM experience. Solid hands-on experience in SAP CRM i Base. Experience in implementation and enhancement projects. Knowledge of CRM Service integration. Experience in functional documentation, testing, and production support. Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
