CRM SPECIALIST – GROWTH POD

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to work closely with our Growth Pod and
Central CRM team to improve the journey of new users — from activation to their
first and second transaction.

This is a hands-on role combining CRM execution, user insights and
experimentation. You will work across channels, run growth experiments and use
campaign performance and user behaviour to make journeys more relevant and
effective.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Plan and execute CRM campaigns and journeys across Push, In-App, WhatsApp,
SMS, RCS and Email.

* Manage campaigns across the 0–30 day user journey, including onboarding,
activation, T1 and T1→T2.

* Build user segments based on behaviour, lifecycle stage, engagement and
transaction history.

* Partner with the Growth Pod to identify drop-offs and opportunities to
improve user movement.

* Run experiments across messaging, creatives, channels, timing, frequency and
journey sequencing.

* Track campaign and funnel performance and translate data into actionable
insights.





* Build and manage campaigns on platforms such as MoEngage, CleverTap or
similar CRM tools.

* Work closely with Central CRM, Growth, Product, Analytics and Creative teams.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* 2–4 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing or
Campaign Management.

* Hands-on experience with a CRM platform such as MoEngage, CleverTap, Braze or
similar.

* Strong understanding of CRM channels and campaign execution.

* Comfortable working with user cohorts, funnel metrics and campaign
performance data.

* Curious about user behaviour and interested in experimentation and
optimization.

* Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced
environment.
