Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Noida. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries across channels such as email, phone, and social media, providing explicit information on products, orders, shipping, and returns. The role includes tracking and resolving customer issues, coordinating





Daily Tasks
1. Customer query resolution across all channels utilising tools like Spur/Techmonk or
Similar platforms.
2. Sales assistance for conversion across channels, like Nitro, similar tools/platforms or
customers reaching directly.
3. End to end processing of returns and exchanges in co–ordination with the back end
team.4. Tracking and uploading of customer reviews, with appropriate resolution for
customers who have left negative reviews.
5. Customer follow-ups for re-shipment of RTO (Return To Origin) orders and proactive
coordination to minimise NDR (Non Delivery Report) cases.
6. Updation of all necessary sheets.

Managerial Tasks
7. Daily check-in for sheet updation by the team, ensuring everything is in order for the
weekly check-in.
8. Identifying issues with existing processes and implementing necessary solutions.
