Role Description The Software Team Lead – Avionics is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role involves leading a software development team focused on avionics and embedded computing solutions, ensuring that software components meet functional, performance,



and safety requirements. The team lead will plan and manage projects, allocate tasks, review code, and coordinate integration and testing activities with cross-functional hardware and systems engineering teams. Daily responsibilities include hands-on software design and development, enforcing best practices in object-oriented programming, overseeing documentation and configuration management, and supporting qualification to relevant aerospace and defense standards. The role also includes mentoring team members, facilitating technical discussions, and collaborating with stakeholders to align deliverables with project timelines and quality goals.
Qualifications
Must have knowledge on 1553B, ARINC429, AFDX
Candidates should possess strong software development skills, including experience with embedded systems and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
