?‍? Position: Agronomist

? Location: Kotdwar, Uttarakhand

? Project: Soilless Polyhouse

? Employment: Full-Time

? Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage crop growth under soilless/polyhouse conditions
Develop and implement crop nutrition and management practices
Monitor plant health, pests, diseases, and environmental conditions
Manage irrigation and fertigation schedules
Maintain crop health, production, and field records




Analyze crop performance and recommend corrective measures

? Eligibility & Skills

Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field
Knowledge of hydroponics, soilless farming, or protected cultivation will be an advantage
Valuable understanding of crop nutrition, plant health, irrigation, and crop management
Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Passion for modern, sustainable, and technology-driven agriculture
