We are looking for an accomplished Cluster Head to lead a high-performing Private Wealth Team, drive regional growth, and build long-term relationships with UHNI and HNI clients.

This is a strategic leadership chance for professionals with a strong track record in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, and Team Leadership. The role demands a business-driven leader who can accelerate AUM growth, strengthen client engagement, and mentor relationship management teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cluster-level AUM growth, revenue, and profitability through strategic client acquisition and relationship expansion
• Lead and mentor Relationship Managers to deliver outstanding client service and portfolio performance
• Build long-term relationships with HNI and Ultra HNI clients while ensuring superior wealth advisory solutions
• Develop strategic portfolio management initiatives aligned with client's financial goals




• Identify cross-selling opportunities across investment and financial products to maximize wallet share
• Monitor business performance, team productivity, and revenue targets while driving operational excellence
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen client engagement and business growth initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in Private Banking, Private Wealth, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services, including 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in financial products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, Equity, and Portfolio Advisory
• Proven experience managing high-performing sales or wealth management teams with consistent revenue and AUM growth
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, business development, and client relationship management skills
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to dri
