Role Overview: As a Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, anddelivering high-quality crossplatform mobile applications. You will lead a team of Flutterdevelopers, collaborate closely with backend engineers and UI/UX designers, and ensurethe delivery of scalable, maintainable, and performance-driven mobile solutions. Yourrole will involve setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and drivinginnovation through the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies. What You’ll Do• Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and development of high-performance Flutterapplications.• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define technicalrequirements and translate them into robust mobile solutions.• Establish and enforce best practices for coding, architecture, and testing within themobile development team.• Conduct detailed code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and guide juniordevelopers.• Own the delivery, performance optimization,



and deployment of Flutter applications.• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, libraries, and technologies toimprove development efficiency and product quality.• Ensure adherence to design specifications and maintain consistency across alldevelopment stages.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to architectural discussionsand decisions. What We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalentexperience.• 8+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3+ years of hands-onexperience in Flutter and Dart.• Led a team of Flutter developers; delivered Flutter projects end-to-end from scratchwith solid cross-functional collaboration.• Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, Blo C/Cubit, etc.) andmodern design patterns.• Proven experience in application architecture design, performance tuning, andmodular app structures.• Solid experience in automated testing, CI/CD inte
