About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Executive who can take ownership of paid digital campaigns and organic search growth to help bookvenuez generate high-quality traffic, leads, enquiries, and conversions.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO, understand lead-generation funnels, and be comfortable making data-driven decisions to improve both paid and organic performance.

This is a performance-driven role where success will be measured by lead quality, cost of acquisition, organic growth, conversions, and overall marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing – Google & Meta Ads

Plan, launch, manage,



and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Develop lead-generation campaigns for venue bookings, corporate events, weddings, conferences, parties, and other event requirements.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and market research.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to achieve better CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
Create and test different audiences, ad copies, creatives, offers, CTAs, and campaign structures.
Run A/B testing to identify high-performing campaigns, audiences, creatives, and messaging.
Monitor campaign performance regularly and take corrective action when required.
Work closely with the sales and business development team to understand lead quality and improve lead-to-booking conversion.
Track the complete marketing funnel from ad → enquiry → qualified lead → booking
Identify drop-off points and suggest improvements to landing
