What you'll do
This is not a traditional marketing internship. You will work directly with the founding team to build MarsLab's revenue pipeline.
Your job is to identify companies with high-value operational problems that MarsLab can solve, find the people who own those problems, start conversations with them, and help turn those conversations into qualified sales opportunities.

You'll:
Research and build highly targeted account lists across manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, financial services, EdTech and other high-potential industries.
Identify CEOs, COOs, CTOs, CIOs,



Heads of Operations and other decision-makers who own relevant business problems.
Research companies deeply enough to identify specific operational pain points and potential AI opportunities.
Develop personalized outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn and other channels.
Turn MarsLab's case studies into sales campaigns, industry-specific pitches and prospecting assets.
Monitor companies for buying signals such as funding, expansion, recent leadership, digital transformation initiatives, ERP implementations and AI initiatives.
Book qualified discovery meetings for MarsLab's founders and engineering team.
Own lead follow-ups and ensure opportunities never go cold because of poor follow-through.
Research and develop channel partnerships with consultants, system integrators, cloud companies, investors and other organizations that can introduce MarsLab to potential customers.
