Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chandigarh,



India and involves partnering with leadership to develop HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR operations, maintaining HR records and systems, coordinating training and development initiatives, and handling employee queries and grievances in a fair and confidential manner. The Human Resources Manager will also support compensation and benefits administration, contribute to policy development, and help drive a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications

Robust knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Experience with HR operations, HRIS or HR management systems, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Understanding of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR policies applicable in India.
