The Technical Support Manager leads a team of Support Engineers and Technical Advisors to deliver exceptional customer support experiences and business outcomes. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, employee growth and development, technical capability, workforce planning, and execution against key support metrics. The manager fosters a high-performing, inclusive culture while partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction, support efficiency, and service delivery quality.
