? Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
0–3 years of experience in consulting, finance, climate, sustainability or research-oriented roles
MBA candidates & recent graduates looking to build a career in climate are welcome

? Key Responsibilities

Build business plans & financial models
Conduct market sizing and exploratory data analysis
Support development of new nature-based carbon projects
Track carbon market trends, policies & emerging innovations
Conduct competitive intelligence and generate actionable insights




Work closely with the business lead across strategy & execution

? Skills Required

Data research, analysis & visualization
Ability to structure complex/unstructured information
Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
Familiarity with Gen-AI tools
Strong written & verbal communication
Self-starter with positive time & resource management skills
