We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Data & Automation Executive to support our daily business operations through automation workflows, data management, dashboards, and process execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems,
solving operational challenges, and driving efficiency through tools and automation.
❖ What Does the Ideal Candidate Look Like?Experience:
Hands-on experience in managing operational workflows, data processes, automation systems, or cross-functional coordination.
Technical Expertise
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
Basic understanding of automation tools such as Pabbly, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
Familiarity with digital business tools and workflows
Analytical Mindset
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to identify data inconsistencies and operational inefficiencies
Organizational Skills
Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Collaboration Ability
Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
