Our BDA team drives strategic growth by partnering with educational institutions, coaching centers, and corporate training providers—turning data-driven insights into scalable revenue streams. We’re on a mission to democratize access to quality education and career pathways across India. Role & Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and onboard key educational partners including coaching institutes, colleges, and training centers across assigned regions.
Develop and execute growth-focused B2B outreach strategies to expand our EdTech footprint and increase institutional adoption.
Conduct market research to understand institutional pain points and tailor value propositions that drive partnership conversions.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to co-create region-specific campaigns and partnership playbooks.
Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle—from discovery and negotiation to onboarding,



activation, and retention.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track KPIs, and report weekly on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue impact.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

LinkedIn Sales Navigator
CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho)
EdTech sales cycles
B2B outreach and cold calling
Partnership pipeline management
MS Excel (data tracking & reporting)

Preferred

Experience with education verticals (coaching centers, universities)
Knowledge of Indian regional education markets
Google Workspace / Slack / Notion
