About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, analytical, and narrative-driven Marketing Program Manager to drive our enterprise growth strategy and win recent logos. In this cross-functional role, you will bridge the gap between Product, Marketing, and Sales, translating complex product capabilities into compelling customer-facing stories.
You will own the creation of high-impact pitch decks, presales enablement assets, and structured marketing analytics while driving operational alignment across our Go-To-Market programs. If you excel at data-backed storytelling, love rolling up your sleeves to build executive-ready presentations, and thrive on directly enabling sales teams to close enterprise software deals, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Strategy & Launch Operations
Plan, coordinate,



and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature rollouts, and expansion into new customer segments or geographies.
Manage cross-functional launch operations across Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
Establish clear timelines, KPIs, and operational cadences for GTM initiatives to ensure seamless execution.
2. Presales Enablement & High-Impact Presentation Design
Partner directly with Sales and Presales teams to architect custom pitch decks, enterprise proposals, and RFP response assets tailored for executive buyer personas (CFO, CTO, CIO, Procurement).
Translate technical features, ROI models, and product architecture into visually striking, persuasive PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations.
Build sales battlecards, competitive matrices, objection-handling guides, and customer success stories to accelerate deal velocity.
