Role Description The Digital Marketing and Sales Intern is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The intern will support daily digital marketing activities, including managing social media channels, assisting with online campaigns, and monitoring engagement metrics. They will help execute performance-driven marketing initiatives, contribute to content ideas, and support web analytics reporting to improve campaign effectiveness.



The role also involves assisting the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and basic customer communication to promote ParaFit India’s services. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support overall growth objectives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for campaign execution and audience engagement.
Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to support performance tracking and optimization.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
