About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Global Business Development Executive to support our Global Division. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, building customer relationships and creating sales opportunities for our Industrial Automation,



Digital Transformation, Engineering Services and Global Capability Centre (GCC) offerings across international markets.This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy interacting with global customers, understanding business needs and contributing to business growth through structured sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

· Identify and research prospective customers across target industries.
· Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals and digital platforms.
· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
· Identify decision-makers within target organizations.

Customer Engagement
· Initiate conversations with potential customers to understand their business requirements.
· Schedule meetings and product presentations for the Business Development team.
· Build long-term relationships with prospective clients.
