We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual (0-3 years of experience) to join our retail team. This role offers exposure to multiple aspects of retail business - from brand management to operations, making it ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn and grow in retail. You will support our Korean beauty brand portfolio across various retail channels while handling both strategic and operational tasks.
What You'll Actually Do:
Brand & Channel Management:
Support management of our brands across retail partners (modern trade, e-commerce, quick commerce)
Learn end-to-end retail channel operations
Assist in promotional planning and execution
Monitor brand performance and market trends
Help maintain brand consistency across channels
Business Operations:
Handle product listings and content updates
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams
Create and maintain sales tracking reports and analysis
Implement promotional campaigns across channels
Support in business planning and execution
Partner Coordination:
Coordinate with retail partners for day-to-day requirements
Support relationship building with key retail partners
Handle partner queries and operational issues
Ensure compliance with partner guidelines
Assist in partner negotiations and business reviews
Business Analysis & Strategy:
Track sales performance across channels
Create regular business reports and presentations
Analyze data to identify growth opportunities
Support in promotional strategy development
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field
0-3 years of experience (freshers are welcome)
Solid Excel skills and analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
