Role Description The Senior Sales Executive – Modern Trade will be responsible for managing and growing sales in modern trade & QCOM channels, including key retail chains and large-format stores in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region such as DMART, RELIANCE, ZEPTO, INSTAMART, ETC. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with buyers, negotiating listings and promotions, and ensuring product visibility and availability at store level.



The role includes regular market visits, monitoring competitor activity, tracking sales performance against targets, and coordinating with internal teams for pricing, supply, and merchandising support. The Senior Sales Executive will also prepare sales reports, provide feedback on consumer trends, and contribute to strategic planning for modern trade.
Qualifications
Proven experience in modern trade sales, preferably in FMCG, hygiene, or cleaning products, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities with key accounts and up-to-date trade partners.
Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use insights to drive store-level and account-level performance.
Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
