About Position:

This role involves coordinating and managing Learning & Development programs, including training planning, needs assessment, stakeholder coordination, LMS management, reporting, and evaluation of training effectiveness. The position requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives and continuous improvement of employee development programs.

What You'll Do:

Training Program Coordination: To assist in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and seminars. To coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue arrangements. To track and report on training attendance and effectiveness.
Needs Assessment: To conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.



To identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the workforce. To recommend appropriate training solutions to address identified needs.
Evaluation and Feedback: To collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness. To use feedback to make recommendations for improvements to training programs. To monitor and measure the impact of training on employee performance and development.
Technology and Systems Management: To utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage and track training. To ensure training records are accurately maintained and accessible. To stay current with advancements in learning technologies and recommend current tools and platforms which will bring in automation and reduce manual work of hte program management team.
Compliance and Reporting: To ensure training programs comply with industry regulations and company policies. To prepare and submit detailed reports on training
