Role Overview
We are looking for a Tender & Proposal Writer who has practical knowledge of preparing and submitting government tenders, EOI, RFPs, RFQs, project proposals, technical bids, and CSR proposals.
The ideal candidate should understand tender documentation, eligibility requirements, compliance documents, technical proposals, and bid submission processes, and should be able to independently identify and prepare applications for relevant opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify relevant government, PSU, CSR, NGO and institutional tenders/EOIs/RFPs/RFQs.
Read and analyse tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, deliverables, timelines and submission requirements.
Prepare technical proposals, project proposals, concept notes, EOIs and tender responses.




Develop compelling organisational profiles, methodology, implementation plans, work plans and impact frameworks.
Prepare compliance sheets, eligibility matrices and documentation checklists.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect organisational documents, project information, budgets and supporting evidence.
Ensure all tender requirements are addressed accurately and within the prescribed format.
Assist with financial bid preparation and BOQ documentation wherever required.
Maintain a database/tracker of upcoming, applied, shortlisted and awarded tenders.
Monitor relevant government and institutional procurement portals for current opportunities.
Support online tender submission and ensure documents are uploaded correctly before deadlines.
Research previous/awarded tenders to understand evaluation patterns and improve future submissions.
Maintain organised records of submitted proposals
