About the Role :-

We are looking for an experienced Cost Consultant / Cost Manager to join our team and provide cost and commercial management support to an international data center client.

The role will involve working closely with overseas client representatives, project managers, design consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers to ensure projects are delivered with strong cost visibility, commercial discipline and financial control.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex, fast-paced projects and is comfortable operating in an international environment with stakeholders across different countries and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Provide end-to-end cost management and commercial support to the client throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare and maintain cost plans, project budgets, estimates and forecasts from concept and design development through construction and close-out.




* Review drawings, specifications and project information to identify scope, cost and commercial implications.
* Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates and pricing information.
* Review contractor and subcontractor quotations and provide clear commercial recommendations to the client.
* Support tendering, procurement and bid evaluation, including preparation of tender comparisons and commercial analysis.
* Monitor project expenditure, commitments, forecasts and remaining budgets against approved cost plans.
* Prepare clear and concise monthly cost reports and management reports for international client stakeholders.
* Identify and monitor cost risks, opportunities, contingencies and potential exposure throughout the project.
* Review proposed design changes and assess their impact on project cost and budget.
* Manage and evaluate variations, change orders, claims and commercial submissions.
