Key Responsibilities

Own, maintain, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog in alignment with product strategy, customer needs, business priorities, and roadmap commitments.
Partner with the Product Manager to define product vision, strategic objectives, roadmap themes, market opportunities, and success measures.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, UX, Data, Architecture, and Operations teams to groom features, clarify requirements, resolve dependencies, and support timely delivery.
Translate business objectives and complex financial-market requirements into epics, features, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, story elaboration, sprint reviews, product demonstrations, and stakeholder feedback sessions.




Ensure user stories are ready for development by defining functional behavior, data attributes, validation rules, exception handling, dependencies, and testable acceptance criteria.
Make day-to-day prioritization decisions by balancing customer value, market needs, regulatory requirements, operational risk, technical dependencies, delivery capacity, and time-to-market considerations.
Serve as the primary business and functional point of contact for the Scrum team, providing timely clarification and decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
Partner with stakeholders to validate delivered functionality, incorporate feedback, and confirm release readiness.
Identify and manage product, data, process, and dependency risks; drive appropriate resolution and escalation.
Support release planning, stakeholder communications, product documentation, training, and change-management activities.
