You will act as a trusted advisor to business and HR stakeholders, ensuring reliable, user-centric, secure, and future-ready platforms with a strong focus on SAP Concur for Travel & Expenses, ServiceNow HRSD for employee and manager self-service, and Global Mobility solutions such as Benivo or comparable platforms. The role combines people leadership, application ownership, business partnering, transformation delivery, vendor management, and operational excellence to support Siemens Energy’s HR technology strategy and employee experience ambitions. How You’ll Make an Impact Travel & Expense Solution Management Steer the global Travel & Expense application landscape, with SAP Concur as the main platform for travel booking, expense reporting, approvals,



and related integrations. Drive the strategy, roadmap, operational ownership, and continuous improvement of Travel & Expense services in close alignment with HR, Finance, Travel Management, and regional stakeholders. Ensure stable, compliant, and cost-productive operations while improving traveler experience, profile quality, automation, and end-to-end process transparency. Support tenant consolidation, process harmonization, data quality improvements, and integration readiness across Siemens Energy’s global Travel & Expense landscape. People Management & ServiceNow HRSD Lead the chapter capability for People Management solutions with ServiceNow HRSD as the key platform for employee and manager self-service, HR case management, knowledge management, workflows, and digital HR interaction.
