About Position:

To execute training operations for either training or assessment offering types, including creation of schedules, trainer interactions, logistics arrangement and feedback collection. The candidate should possess solid MS Excel skills for maintaining reports and tracking training-related data, effective communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, trainers, and participants, and good analytical ability to manage queries, interpret feedback, and support smooth execution of training and assessment operations.

What You'll Do:

Stakeholder Management: Should interact with training requestors to collect training requirements. Should coordinate/interact with internal/external trainers for training schedule. Should facilitate the evaluation calls/meetings between internal SMEs and external trainers, if required. Should ensure that all internal customer / stakeholder queries are addressed and closed in a timely fashion.



In case of assessment operations, should co-ordinate with all internal/external trainers and assessment requestors for creating questions, review and evaluation of assessments and scheduling the same.
Training/ Assessment Planning: Should manage the scheduling in the system as per the calendar planned by the Operations Manager and/or Lead. Should ensure logistics including room booking, virtual machine management, and any other learning material requirements, are taken care of for any training/assessments allocated. Should ensure that training/assessments are scheduled as per SLA.
Training Execution - Nomination tracking: Should keep track of nomination data and ensure that the minimum quorum for any training is met. Should continuously follow up with the relevant grades by sending out nuggets/mailers to increase nominations. Should send mailers to employees who have a particular training mapped as part of their Individua
