Role Description This full-time, on-site Executive Chef role is based in Nashik and oversees culinary operations across Yoova’s cloud kitchen, café, and dessert offerings. The Executive Chef plans and designs menus that align with the company’s health-focused philosophy,



ensuring dishes are both nutritious and appealing. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food preparation, maintaining consistent quality standards, and optimizing production processes for efficiency. The role involves managing inventory, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance. The Executive Chef also collaborates with management on new product development, cost control, and continuous improvement of customer dining experiences.
Qualifications
Strong culinary skills in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation, with a focus on healthy cuisine and desserts.
Experience in kitchen management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training in high-quality, hygienic food preparation.
Proficiency in inventory management, vendor coordination, and cost control to ensure productive and sustainable operations.
