Job Description
Manage end-to-end Media Reconciliation operations across Broadcast, Digital, Print, Outdoor, and Direct Response media channels
Lead reconciliation of vendor invoices against approved media buys, actualized spend, contracts, insertion orders, and supporting documentation
Develop strong understanding of the Media Buy lifecycle, including buy creation, actualization, invoice receipt, reconciliation, clearance, and payment readiness within media systems
Build expertise in Media OTC processes, including Billing, Media Receivables, Revenue Reconciliation, Client Funding, Sequential Liability, and dispute resolution
