Job Summary
Responsible for monitoring the Entry Team, assigning orders, coordinating with Shift Leads, and ensuring quality and productivity targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor the Entry Team.
Assign incoming orders.
Coordinate with Shift Leads to resolve clarifications.
Track work progress.
Ensure SLA, KPI, quality and productivity.
Maintain reports.
Support team members.
Drive process improvements.
