Roles & Responsibilities:

Network Support / SOPs:
Managing field operations, offering technical support, and troubleshooting on-site issues in your designated territory
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers.
Strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and uptime management

EV Power Liaison:

Coordinate with local Distribution Companies (DISCOMs) and their representative in case of issues with EV Power supply for charging stations
Stakeholder Relationship Management:




Cultivate and maintain relationships with landlords, Charge Point Operators, business owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Ensure effective communication and coordination with local operations teams
Single Point of Contact:
Serve as the central point of contact in your territory for your local operations teams, addressing their queries and providing necessary support

About the Candidate:

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high sense of ownership and agility in their work
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Prior experience of 2 to 4 years in managing service operations within industries associated with EV Charging stations or Cell towers
