Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Documentation Efforts: Own the creation and maintenance of detailed
documentation including user stories, functional specifications (FSDs), and
acceptance criteria.
* Sprint Planning & Execution: Collaborate with engineering and Scrum teams to
plan sprints, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features.
* Story Management: Write, refine, and manage user stories in the product
backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
* Scrum Team Integration: Act as the voice of the customer within the Scrum
team, participating in all agile ceremonies and ensuring continuous alignment
between business and technical teams.
* Validation Leadership: Coordinate with QA and business users to validate
features and ensure they meet acceptance criteria and business expectations.
* Business Translation: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and
engineering, translating complex business needs into clear technical
requirements.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
* 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an
Agile/Scrum environment.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
* Experience with Healthcare IT, claims processing preferred
* Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
