2. Have detailed knowledge and relevant experience of handling social media platforms.
3. Experience with conducting audience and buyer persona research.
4. Good understanding of social media key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
6. Excellent multitasking skills and time-management skills.
7. Team player, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
8. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Has experience in team handling and training juniors.
10. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Photoshop and image editing.
11. Working knowledge of social media marketing tools such as Social Sprout, Buffer or Hoot suite.
12. Has experience in client handling.
