Role Description The Agency Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shimoga, responsible for developing and managing the agency distribution network for Aditya Birla Health Insurance. This role involves recruiting, training,



and mentoring agency partners and advisors to achieve sales and business growth targets in the assigned territory. The Agency Manager will plan and execute local sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day activities include conducting regular field visits, supporting advisors in client acquisition, organizing promotional activities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners. The role also requires preparing periodic performance reports, sharing market feedback with management, and driving a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Qualifications

Proven experience in insurance or financial services sales, preferably in health insurance or agency/channel management.
