About the Role
We are looking for a highly proactive, creative, and sharp individual to join the Founder’s Office Intern and work directly with the Founder across multiple business functions.
This is not a conventional administrative role.
The person in this role will work closely with the Founder on day-to-day business operations, projects, documentation, research, coordination, execution, and problem-solving.



You will be exposed to different aspects of the company and will be expected to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is someone who can move quickly, think independently, communicate effectively, and handle multiple priorities at the same time.
Pune-based candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Founder Support & Execution
Work directly with the Founder on daily business activities and priorities
Assist with execution of projects, initiatives, and strategic tasks
Track important action items, deadlines, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder
Ensure tasks assigned by the Founder are executed accurately and on time
Proactively identify what needs to be done and take ownership without constant supervision

Create and maintain key business documents, reports, trackers, and presentations
