Diageo Business Services India Pvt Ltd is a multi-functional and multinational shared service Centre, which handles DIAGEO-wide transactions for various countries. Having industry leading commercial systems is a key platform for Diageo to create competitive advantage over the competition. The GB Commercial Systems team maintains Diageo’s commercial and financial systems and works in partnership with the GB market to improve the end-to-end processes and systems, in order to drive simplification, standardization, and in order to increase productivity.
