Purpose of job:

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in transforming and driving operational levers to support growth, improve delivery quality,



and enable Beghou’s goal to have an AI native workforce. This role will focus on converting business goals into trackable operations initiatives across pyramid optimization, AI enabled workforce transformation and organizational scaling.

Working closely with the India consulting head and the COO office, this individual will act as a cross-functional connector and problem-solver, shaping scalable internal systems that support Beghou’s long-term delivery, talent and growth strategy.

A key aspect of this role will be leading AI-driven workflow transformation across consulting teams by identifying opportunities to embed AI into consulting processes, redesigning workflows, measuring productivity improvements, and establishing frameworks to quantify business impact and ROI.
