About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership generalist to work closely with the Founder’s Office on building Travelxp Hotels, a B2C hotel OTA.

Travelxp Hotels brings together hotel inventory from multiple suppliers and partners and makes it bookable through a single platform. The business is being built from the ground up, across supply, product, technology, pricing, content, operations and growth.

This role will work closely with the Founder and leadership team and will involve moving between business, product, technology and commercial problems based on what the business needs.

What You’ll Do
Work directly with the Founder/leadership team on high-priority business and strategic initiatives for the Hotels business.
Take projects from problem → analysis → solution → execution, with ownership of the outcome.
Use data and analytical tools to identify gaps, understand customer and business behaviour, and uncover opportunities.




Work with Product and Engineering to translate business problems into product, technology and workflow solutions.
Work with suppliers, partners and internal teams to improve hotel supply, inventory, pricing, content and operations.
Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, conversion, customer experience and operational efficiency.
Evaluate current ideas and opportunities and determine what is worth building, fixing or prioritising.
Build processes, systems and solutions where there is no existing playbook.
Use AI and automation to improve how the team researches, analyses and executes day-to-day work.

What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience, preferably in B2C, travel-tech, OTA, marketplace, consumer internet, product, strategy, business operations or growth.
Strong problem-solving and business thinking, with a bias towards execution.
