About The Role

As a Technical IT Program Manager, you will lead large-scale software engineering and digital platform initiatives that support automotive solutions and enterprise platforms. You will be responsible for driving program strategy, execution, and governance across cloud-native applications, platform engineering, and software development programs. This role requires deep technical expertise in software systems, along with the ability to align engineering execution with business objectives.

What You Will Do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale,



transformational software engineering programs across cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program governance, stakeholder communications, and executive-level reporting.
Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and business teams to ensure software delivery aligns with strategic business goals.
Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent software development initiatives.
Drive the development and delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-quality software systems and platforms.
Oversee system integration efforts involving microservices, APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
Champion the adoption of Agile, Protected, and DevOps methodologies across engineering teams.
