Role Description
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and experience
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements




Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely feedback
Build and nurture strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1+ year experience in recruitment or a similar role
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and interview methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
