Direct Sales Associate

Purpose of the Role

To generate leads and drive customer acquisition through outbound and inbound tele-calling, promoting company products/services and converting prospects into confirmed bookings/sales under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases/leads.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information on products, packages, and offers.
Explain pricing, promotions, and terms clearly to prospective customers.
Follow the sales script/pitch and adhere to call quality and compliance guidelines.
Update call outcomes, customer details, and follow-up status in the CRM/system accurately.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets as assigned.
Coordinate with the Executive/Team Lead for escalations or complex customer queries.
Follow up with warm leads and past inquiries to convert them into sales.
Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and product knowledge on every call.
Adhere to Do Not Disturb (DND) and telecalling regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility / Qualifications





Minimum Graduate (any stream).
Freshers eligible; prior telecalling/BPO/sales experience preferred.
Good verbal communication skills in English/Hindi; regional language knowledge an advantage.
Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office/Excel).
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude.

Working Conditions

Office-based, fixed/rotational shifts depending on business hours.
