About the Role:
Travelxp is looking for a Marketing Executive who can help plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media and digital channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, enjoys coming up with campaign ideas, can coordinate with designers and video editors and is comfortable managing multiple marketing activities simultaneously.

You will work closely with the marketing, performance marketing, design and content teams to build campaigns that improve brand visibility, engagement, audience growth and conversions.

What You'll Do:
Social Media Management
Manage Travelxp's day-to-day presence across social media platforms.
Plan and maintain social media content calendars.
Ideate posts, reels, stories, campaigns and topical content.
Write engaging captions, hooks and social media copy.
Coordinate publishing and ensure content goes live as per schedule.
Track trends and identify relevant opportunities for Travelxp.
Monitor engagement and basic social media performance.

Campaign Planning & Execution




Help conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Develop campaign ideas, hooks, messaging angles and creative concepts.
Translate marketing objectives into explicit creative briefs.
Coordinate campaign timelines, assets and deliverables.
Support seasonal campaigns, destination campaigns, product campaigns, offers and brand initiatives.

Creative Coordination
Work closely with designers, video editors and other creative teams.
Brief static creatives, carousels, reels, videos and ad creatives.
Provide references, copy and creative direction.
Review creatives and ensure they are aligned with the campaign objective and Travelxp brand.

Digital & Performance Marketing Support
Support creative requirements for Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid campaigns.
Identify which creatives and messaging are performing better.
Assist with A/B testing of creatives, hooks, formats and messaging.

Campaign Reporting
