• Business Process & Solution Design
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and support SAP CRM functional modules
• Handle CRM Sales,



Service and Marketing business scenarios
• Manage CRM Middleware and SAP ECC/S/4 HANA integrations
• Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications
• Perform testing, issue resolution and end-user support
• Configure CRM Web UI and business roles
• Collaborate with business and technical teams
