Role: Marketing Executive (Campaigns & Automation)

About the role
We need a marketer who can also build. Someone who understands why a campaign is running - who it's for, what it's meant to achieve, what the message should be - and can then go and actually build the emails, the flows, the landing page, and the tracking. You'll plan campaigns with us and execute them yourself. Roughly 60% of the work is hands-on automation and campaign build; the other 40% is the marketing thinking around it - audience, messaging, channel mix, and reading the numbers afterwards. This suits someone who has done a bit of everything at a startup or small agency and wants to go deeper on automation without giving up the broader marketing work.

What you'll do
Campaign planning and marketing
Plan campaigns end-to-end: define the audience, the offer, the message, and the channel mix
Write and edit campaign copy - subject lines, email body, ad copy, landing page headlines




Coordinate social media calendars and content, working with design for creatives
Support product launches, offers, webinars, and events with the campaign push behind them Track competitors and bring ideas to the table, not just execute the brief

Automation and execution
Build and maintain automation workflows: welcome series, lead nurture, re-engagement, abandoned cart or drop-off recovery, onboarding and post-purchase sequences
Run email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns from list selection through scheduling to reporting
Manage the marketing database - segments, tags, deduplication, data hygiene
Build landing pages and lead forms; make sure leads reach sales without leaks
Set up UTM tracking and maintain a naming convention so campaign data stays clean
Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, CTAs, and send times

Reporting
Own the weekly and monthly campaign report - opens, clicks, conversion
