We are looking for an Accountant to support the finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. This role will be stationed in India and will be responsible for financial functions for multiple international regions, including Asia, Middle East, Europe & Africa.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Group/Local accounting standards.
Processing invoices, payments, and journal entries in the accounting system.
Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
Reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and receivables.
Supporting tax team GST, and other statutory requirements and filings
Supporting audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Assisting in budget preparation, financial analysis, and forecasting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
