About the Role

Computeconnect Innovations LLP is looking for an energetic Business Development Executive – Field Sales to join our team, based out of Ernakulam.
We are specifically looking for candidates who are currently based in Ernakulam or willing to relocate to Ernakulam and are comfortable travelling extensively for client meetings, prospecting, and business development activities across the district and nearby commercial hubs.
This is a pure field sales role, not a desk-based or work-from-home position.
You will represent BIZNTL, our B2B multi-agent AI platform that helps businesses convert operational data into real-time business intelligence.

What You’ll Do

Identify potential B2B customers in Ernakulam and surrounding business zones (Kochi, Edappally, Kakkanad, Aluva, etc.).




Visit 3–4 companies per day to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Meet business owners, managers, IT teams, accounts teams, and operations teams.
Understand operational challenges faced by businesses in the region.
Introduce BIZNTL and Computeconnect solutions to prospective clients.
Build relationships and convert them into meetings with key decision-makers.
Identify and connect with founders, MDs, owners, and senior management.
Schedule qualified meetings for the senior sales/product team.
Follow up consistently and maintain long-term client relationships.
Identify referral opportunities and leverage local business networks in Kerala.
Track competitor activity and market trends in the region.
Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and follow-ups.

Who We’re Looking For

0–3 years of experience in business development, field sales, or B2B sales.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are encouraged to
