What You’ll Do
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Remedium and its clients.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Handle complete campaign lifecycle — from strategy and audience research to execution, optimization, and reporting.
Manage lead generation and performance marketing campaigns for multiple clients across industries.
Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, campaign planning, automation, and performance tracking.




Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and bidding to improve ROI.
Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Work closely with content, design, sales, and consulting teams to ensure campaigns deliver business outcomes.
Conduct competitor, audience, and market research to identify recent growth opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, platforms, and best practices in digital marketing.
Take ownership of campaign performance and proactively recommend improvements to clients.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
Strong practical experience with LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
Proven experience in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
Experience managing campaigns for multiple clients/agencies will be a strong advantage.
