Job Summary
IDAM is hiring a Field Officer to conduct property visits, verify property details, collect documents, and coordinate with customers and the office team. This role requires regular local travel and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Visit assigned properties and verify details.
Capture property photos and videos.
Collect and submit property-related documents.
Coordinate with customers, property owners, and the office team.
Submit field visit reports on time.
Ensure accurate and professional field operations.
Requirements
Any Degree or Diploma.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English is a plus).
Basic smartphone and Google Maps knowledge.
Willing to travel within Coimbatore and nearby areas.
