Description

The Sales Engineer will engage directly with our dealers to develop a deep understanding of our solutions through formal sales and technical training sessions. In this role, you will support our field sales team by responding to requests for proposals and information, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing dealer and end-user inquiries.

We are looking for a technical expert who is ready to "build it, break it, and fix it". This role offers the unique opportunity to manage your own home test lab to vet new Brivo products. This position is based in Bangalore, India and covers the APAC territory.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth among independent resellers in the assigned territory by serving as a primary sales and technical advisor for Brivo products and third-party API integrations.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, customer engagements,



and field events for resellers and end-users, both virtually and on-site.
Provide technical and design support to resellers and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), including project design, Bills of Materials (BOMs), competitive differentiation, and remote/in office support for escalated issues.
Coordinate technical aspects of customer projects, including multi-site and multi-region deployments, phased rollout planning, technical QA, post-installation health checks, and technical account reviews for large accounts.
Strengthen reseller technical capabilities through Brivo University and product certification training, train-the-trainer programs, and ongoing technical enablement.
Collaborate with product management and internal teams to communicate customer needs, improve reseller performance, and develop and maintain technical documentation.
