Kondor Developer – Treasury & Capital Markets

We are looking for an experienced Finastra Kondor Developer with strong technical expertise in Kondor+ development, customization, integration, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the Kondor suite and a solid understanding of Treasury & Capital Markets products and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and enhance Finastra Kondor+ applications to support Treasury & Capital Markets business requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain KTP (Kondor Trade Processing) components, interfaces, reports, and batch processes.
Configure and support Kondor+ modules across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.
Develop and support integrations between Kondor+, SWIFT, Core Banking, General Ledger, payment systems, and other downstream applications.
Perform impact analysis, technical design, coding, unit testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, interface failures, batch processing errors, and performance bottlenecks.
Work closely with business analysts,



treasury users, and functional consultants to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Support system upgrades, migrations, setting setup, and release management activities.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and support procedures.
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in Finastra Kondor development.
