ArrowHQ is a very early-stage, bootstrapped technology startup building easy AI-powered solutions for growing businesses. Our first product, Optivo, helps businesses make smarter inventory decisions.
We’re looking for a Part-Time Sales & Growth Associate who wants to take ownership of early-stage sales and help us build our customer base from the ground up.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in finding prospects, starting conversations, pitching the product, handling follow-ups, understanding objections, and driving conversions.

What you'll do?
Generate and research potential B2B leads
Reach out through LinkedIn, calls, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities
Pitch Optivo and drive interested prospects toward conversion
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to our product positioning and sales approach
Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and customers
Be the primary point of contact for prospects and early customers
Prepare sales presentations, brochures, and other sales/marketing assets




Work with the outreach and social media team to plan campaigns and improve customer acquisition
Experiment, learn, and help establish a repeatable sales process

Who we are looking for?
BBA or related business/management student or graduate
Prior sales, business development, outreach, or customer-facing experience preferred, but not mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Proactive, persistent, and comfortable with rejection
Interested in startups, sales, and building something from the ground up
